Regions Field is the new home of the Birmingham Barons, the minor league baseball club in Birmingham, AL. This new, state-of-the-art stadium was built by Robins & Morton and has many attractions families will love. The Youth Sports Zone is an XGrass synthetic turf and pour-in-place rubber mini whiffle ball field for children 12 and under, a baseball-themed family fun center complete with XGrass pour-in-place rubber safety surfacing and XGrass synthetic turf batting cages located in right field.
The Barons played their first game in their new ballpark in April of 2013 and XGrass was proud to provide durable and safe surfaces to Barons fans of all ages.
